Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur is offering a gastronomical journey this festive season with a range of traditional favourites that are sure to delight the taste buds of guests. From 24 March to 21 April 2023, the hotel is hosting the “Sajian Bonda” buffet dinner at Gobo Chit Chat.
Executive Chef of Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Chef Unaver Unabia, expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, “Being able to celebrate the season and bond with our families over a meal prepared with the love and care of our mothers is one of the most cherished moments that we can ever have. To truly appreciate these moments, our aim is to go back to basics and create an enjoyable meal experience that we can share with our friends and family like how our mothers would do it at home.”
The Sajian Bonda buffet dinner features an extensive array of traditional culinary delights, such as the Ikan Bakar station, which offers grilled fish cooked to perfection, and Roasted Whole Lamb, which is slow-cooked and seasoned to perfection. Guests can also savour crowd favourites such as Kari Laksa Udang Galah, Wok Fried Chili Crab, and Asam Pedas Ekor.
The buffet dinner is available every day at Gobo Chit Chat until 21 April 2023. On weekends, the spread includes a Traders’ special, Gear Box Bakar, along with fresh coconuts and locally sourced artisanal ice cream by Merry Ice Cream.
The Sajian Bonda buffet dinner at Gobo Chit Chat is priced at MYR 148 nett per adult and MYR 74 nett per child on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and MYR 168 nett per adult and MYR 84 nett per child on weekends (Friday and Saturday).
But the culinary experience doesn’t end there. Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur is also offering Raya cookies and an exclusive wooden Warisan Gift Box from the Koleksi Bonda series. The Raya cookies, featuring favourites like Pineapple Tarts, Almond London, and Kuih Batang Buruk, are perfect for open houses, while the limited edition Warisan Gift Box makes an excellent gift for friends and family. Additionally, the hotel is featuring an exclusive Honeycomb Gift Set this year, with the whole Honeycomb in a beautifully crafted gift box.
Retail items from Koleksi Bonda will be available for purchase on www.tradersklspecials.com from 15 March to 30 April 2023. The Raya cookies start from MYR35 nett per bottle, while the premium Warisan Gift Box can be purchased at MYR198 nett per box.
